People who registered through an invite link. Pick a role and approve them before they can sign in.
User accounts
Shareable group link
One reusable link you can post anywhere (e.g. a private Discord). Anyone with it self-registers as Editor or Assistant Editor only, and lands in Pending approvals under User Management until you approve them — no one is auto-approved. Disable it anytime; regenerate to invalidate the old link.
Generate invite links
Each link lets one person register (they set their own password). Share it anywhere — Discord, email, etc. New sign-ups land in Pending approvals under User Management until you approve them. A used, revoked, or expired link stops working.
Bulk invite (CSV)
Upload a CSV with columns name, position, email (a role column also works for position; extra columns and spacing are ignored). Every row is validated first and shown as a preview — nothing is sent until you confirm. Each person gets the same single-use EFG invite; when they register they're added to the Directory + accounts and wait for your approval (no auto-approve).
